I've wanted to write to you about Zumba for quite a long time now, and now I've decided that it's time to talk about the coolest work out ever (: I'm doing Zumba since September..first in my fitness club and now, as I got Zumba dvd's as a christmas present, at home too. I love love love to do it because you simple just do it and are having fun besides. The music, the rhythm..simply all of that it's sooooo much fun! Oh and the best thing is your doing something good for your health and body...maybe get a smaller clothing size or simply getting muscles... :D Last saturday I went to a concert and after that there's always some music to dance..and I just can say I danced whole night and could shake my hips all night long because I got such an endurance from Zumba (: I was amazed!
Ich wollte schon seit langem etwas über Zumba schreiben und heute habe ich beschlossen, dass es Zeit ist über das coolste Work-Out zu reden (: Ich mache Zumba seit September..zuerst im Fitness Studio und mittlerweile, ich habe ja Zumba DvD's zu Weihnachten bekommen, auch zu Hause. Ich liiiiiiiiiiiebe es einfach Zumba zu mahen, weil man nicht darüber nachdenkt, sondern es einfach macht und Spaß dabei hat. Die Musik, die Rhythmen..das alles macht einfach Spaß! Oh und das Beste daran ist das man gleichzeit seiner Gesundheit und seinem Körper etwas Gutes tut...vielleicht verkleinert sich auch die Kleidergröße oder man bekommt einfach Muskeln..:D Letzen Samstag war ich auf einem Konzert und nach dem Konzert spielen sie immer noch Musik zum Tanzen..und ich muss sagen ich konnte die ganze Nacht tanzen und meine Hüften schwingen weil ich so eine enorme Ausdauer bekommen habe...durch Zumba! (: Ich war begeistert!
So yesterday we went out because of Janellas birthday and because she's also excited about Zumba (I spoiled her) we got her the whole package with Zumba dvd's, Toning Sticks and clothes....hope you like it J! So now Janella and my mission can start..getting the perfect summerbody. :P..and I think that will be easy because of Zumba (:
Gestern waren wir aus, weil Janella Geburtstag hatte und weil sie mittlerweile auch begeister ist von Zumba (ich hab sie angesteckt) haben wir ihr ein Zumba Package geschenkt..mit Zumba DvD's, Toning Sticks und Zumba Gewand...ich hoffe du magst es J! Nun können Janella und ich unsere Mission starten...wir wollen bis zum Sommer die perfekte Bikinifigur haben :P und ich glaube mit Zumba wird das nicht so schwer (:
